Politique de confidentialité relative à l’étude conduite par L’EDHEC Business School et Catherine Pitard, intervenante dans le cours Economie du digital du Programme Bachelor 1ère année, visant à renforcer l’efficacité de l’engagement des étudiants vis-à-vis d’un contenu e learning.


LCA Group est prestataire d’une opération sur la plate forme NESTOR Ai.

En ce sens :


  • Aucune image traitée n’est sauvegardée. LCA s’engage à traiter les données exclusivement dans la cadre de la finalité et selon les instructions qui lui seront communiquées par Catherine Pitard. Elle s’engage notamment à ne pas réutiliser les données pour une autre finalité.

  • La base de données des détections, l’API, le processus de traitement des images et le portail en lui-même sont sur des serveurs différents :

    • Le serveur qui héberge les données collectées est en Europe Occidentale, fourni par Microsoft. Ce serveur contient des informations anonymisées et aucune donnée personnelle des étudiants
    • Le serveur qui héberge l’API qui s’occupe des échanges de données (aucun stockage) est en France, fourni par Microsoft
    • Le serveur qui s’occupe du traitement des données est en Europe Occidentale, fourni par Microsoft
    • Le serveur du portail est en France, fourni par OVH. Les données stockées sur le portail contiennent les infos fournies des étudiants.
    • Le serveur du site LCA est en France, fourni par OVH

  • Par défaut LCA supprime les données 30 jours après la fin de l’expérimentation.

  • LCA ne réutilise pas les données, pendant la durée de l’expérimentation, à d’autres fins que celles du contrat signé.
